Kompanion

Community principles

Shared activities. Mutual respect.

Draft for owner review

These guidelines set the boundaries for platonic meetups in Kompanion. Moderation procedures and response times will be detailed in the final terms.

For adults and platonic activities

This space is intended for people aged 18 and over who want company for everyday activities. Do not use it for sexual propositions, harassment or concealed romantic pressure.

Describe yourself and the purpose of the meeting honestly. Do not impersonate another person, the service or an organizer.

Consent is not permanent

Do not pressure someone who declined a request, stopped responding or changed their mind. Do not bypass a block using another profile or channel.

Do not demand photos, documents, personal stories or an explanation for a refusal. Agreement to one action does not automatically extend to other actions.

Publish what you can actually offer

An intent should describe a clear activity and honest expectations. Close outdated plans. If you have agreed the details and circumstances change, communicate the cancellation.

Do not use invitations for hidden advertising, fundraising, sales schemes or redirecting people to another platform. No paid services are offered.

Respect people and their privacy

Insults, threats, discriminatory abuse, disclosure of private information and unwanted sexual content are inconsistent with these guidelines.

Do not publish someone else’s messages, photos or location without permission. Discuss accessibility needs without pressuring anyone to disclose medical or other personal information.

Describe problems specifically

Explain what happened and which intent or contact it concerns. Leave out unnecessary information about third parties. Use blocking too if further contact is unwanted.

Reports are reviewed by the moderation team. This is not a promise of an immediate response; decisions can be appealed.
